Shipping policy

At Hair Aura, we are committed to delivering your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you place an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with your order details. From there, it becomes our priority to dispatch your order promptly. Typically, all items are sourced from our warehouse and shipped within 48 hours (on business days).

If, for any reason, an item is out of stock or delayed, we will inform you via a phone call or SMS with the expected dispatch date.

Shipping Charges (Within Pakistan)

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of Rs. 300 on all orders—no matter the size or weight of your package.

Delivery Timeline

• Islamabad-based orders: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days

• Nationwide orders (outside Islamabad): Delivered within 2-4 business days

We work with trusted delivery partners including Swyft, Call Courier, Trax, Blue Ex, and TCS to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

International Shipping

For international deliveries, we partner with DHL. To place an international order and get shipping cost estimates based on your destination, please email us at customersupport@hairaura.store 

Note: Deliveries are made only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Requests to redirect parcels to alternate addresses cannot be accommodated.
